Corporate Services Officer (Reception)

Working within the VEC's Communication, Education and Research Branch, the Corporate Services Officer is part of a small team, which delivers information and advice to the general public with regard to elections and electoral matters.

As the first contact point of the organisation, the Corporate Services Team at reception is a close knit, cohesive unit. Fielding a variety of different queries on the telephone and over the internet, team members must demonstrate professionalism and impartiality in all responses. An understanding of, and adherence to, privacy legislation is also required (training provided).
