Extraordinary Vacancy
An extraordinary vacancy has arisen in Mansfield Ward following the recent passing of Councillor Sandie Jeffcoat. The vacancy will be filled through a countback of votes from the November 2008 general election and will take place at Council Chambers, 33 Highett Street, Mansfield at 10.00am on Friday, 29 January 2010.Council profile
Mansfield Shire is divided into four wards. There is a total of five councillors.

Jamieson Ward includes part of Goughs Bay, Macs Cove, Jamieson, Kevington and Woods Point. The Mount Stirling and Mount Buller Alpine Resorts are not included in the municipality.
