Employment

The VEC recognises that a highly motivated and skilled workforce contributes to a healthy democracy. The Victorian Electoral Commission (VEC) aims to employ and develop people who represent the diversity of the Victorian community, demonstrate impartiality and integrity, and are committed to delivering the highest standard of professional and effective electoral services.

Equal Opportunity Act 1995 Exemption

The VEC has been granted an exemption by VCAT to enable it to ask applicants for disclosure of specific political activities that could compromise the perceived independence of the organisation. Applicants are advised to review the details of this exemption when applying.

Current VEC vacancies

There are currently no advertised vacancies with the VEC.
