All enrolment related forms are available from our enrolment section. This includes:
- Regular (printable) enrolment forms;
- Enrolment forms that can be filled prior to printing;
- Forms for special categories of enrolment; and
- Postal voting forms.
If you do not have access to a printer, please contact our office and we can send you any forms you require by post.
Nomination forms are created specifically for each State or local council election and they are only available during the nomination period of the election.
When an election has been called, nomination forms can be found in the stand for election section along with forms candidates can use for registering scrutineers, how-to-vote cards and group voting tickets.
There are two types of employment with the VEC: ongoing employment and election-specific employment.
Applicants for ongoing positions with the VEC should apply using the Victorian Government Careers website (external link).
People who are interested in working at elections should register their interest using the Online Registration for Election Appointments. A new version of this tool will be available online shortly.
Any forms that are required to complete the application or induction process, including the disclosure of political activities form, will be provided to you as part of the hiring process.
