Strathbogie Shire Council Representation Reviews

The Minister for Local Government approved a new ward structure for Strathbogie Shire Council following the recent electoral representation review conducted by the VEC.

The VEC recommended that Strathbogie Shire Council consist of seven councillors, to be elected from five wards, comprising two two-councillor wards and three single-councillor wards.

This new structure will take effect from the Council elections in October 2012.
